She is adjusting nicely, I think. She has started walking around the house, and right now she is lying beside me chewing a chew stick.
Now - I have a few questions.....Mr. Darcy is friendly with her, but....he won't share any toys etc., he watches her with whatever she has, then slowly, slowly inches his way up then grabs it. If she picks something else, then he doesn't want what he just stole, and goes through the same sneaking up again. I am talking to him all the time, and picking him up and kissing him. So....anything I should be doing and how long will his jealousy last?
CONGRATULATIONS to your family about the new baby (both babies ) ....what's your new grandsons name ?

With the jealousy - What I did is hold each of them on either side of me alot but with more attention to my oldest

Chanel pouted for 2 months and didn't want Cheri to ever have a toy - (she'd gather them up and guard them - hide them - steal them right from Cheri's mouth - you name it)

she eventually warmed up and they've been best friends since.....it takes some longer than others I've heard but if anyone believes dogs don't pout - they're very wrong lol ...there is no mistaking that look - I still smile thinking back - she was pretty jealous...She still gets that 'look' when I'm holding or kissing on Cheri

it sounds like you're doing everything right and congratulations again - you had a pretty exciting few days didn't you ?
