This is just LIKE my little girl! She sleeps all night long and never wakes up and will even hold it while I get up and get ready to take her outside. We're not using the peepee pads because she just tears them up. We're bell training and it seems to really help her. She is starting to link the bell with outside. We just put a little peanut butter to get her used to it and ring it whenever she goes outside. I'm not sure if this will help, but maybe she wants to go outside!

OH and I forgot to mention, we peepee pad trained our chihuahua and whenever he wouldn't go on the pad, we immediately took him over to the pad and said peepee here. I'd suggest this if you want to keep training her on the pads. As soon as you see her squat, pick her up and say peepee here. Then praise her like crazy!!!
