Wedding's don't have to cost alot! it can be a small intimate gathering at City Hall, or backyard wedding, or however you like. There's also the no wedding option. You're already considered married as far as the government is concerned- so I guess I don't understand an 11 year engagement. Either you're getting married, or you're not?
