I hear a bunch of crap at the dog park, too. "My dog is a teacup this" or "my friend has a teacup that." I think I have a permanent crease in my tongue from having to bite it.
I also see some things that horrify me. A family -- Dad, Mom, two girls -- had a VERY tiny one on the big dog side of the park, when one of the girls announced that she was going to throw the little one in the water to see what would happen. The pond was about 50 yards or so away. The two girls took off running, one was barely holding on to the little thing while it bounced around in her arm (yes, only holding with one arm, not two). The parents casually followed while this kid threw the little thing in the water.
I've also seen someone holding a very tiny and it squirming to get down. They couldn't be bothered to bend over and put it down on the ground .... they just tossed it from chest high.
I've met a lot of wonderful people and wonderful dogs there, but some really leave me gobsmacked.
