Hun, That's actually not true. Every litter has a runt. Actually the opposite is true. 2 small parents doesn't = a small puppy. There could always be a throwback. We all love small dogs. But if you want a tiny shouldn't a person just see if someone's litter got lucky and had one instead of someone forcing their 3 lb dog to go through painful c-section after painful c-section?
I started this thread to spread awareness on the subject. I want to let everyone who is looking for a yorkie know to look for a mother 4 lbs+. I would not want my money to finance such a breeding program. If someone says the mother is smaller than that (I have even seen people breed 2 lb dogs) then I suggest finding someone who has the dog's best intrests in mind. Thank you for your post and vote!
