This is just a thought and probably not the case because she is only 2 yrs. old but is it possible that she could have any eye sight problems? My Rat Terrier is starting to go blind from old age and always flinches when we move our hands quickly or near her. Like I said, that's probably not the case but I just thought I'd throw that out there
