I did call emergency vet and they said highly unlikely that it is the Iverhart. Advised to watch for any swelling or breathing difficulties. Gums are pink and she is hydrated. I will call her regular vet in the AM and watch her close tonight. I still think it is the Iverhart. Is there a good heartworm preventative without the added parasite poisons? Then treat for worms if that occur?
Glad you called them. And, definitely call your vet in AM. I use Heartgard and have for years without any issues. I use Advantage for flea control. I never have any problems with fleas or worms and I have a large turnover of pups in my home because I also have fosters.

There are others you can use. Everyone has a different opinion on these things.
