Yes! If I could find somebody that I trusted with my girl and her needs, I would be very happy! I'd want somebody to be able to give SQ fluids, not have a problem giving pills, somebody who didn't mind dealing with special diet, no problem with potty accidents, and didn't mind giving lots of baths. But for less than like $100 a day. lol.
Not sure if enough people in a concentrated area would need the service though, so you may need to expand your services a bit.
