Oh and how the people there look forward to their visit. Some have no family that come so it's a treat when someone else comes even if not for them. Brooklyn, Lilly and Tia have to make the rounds to see each and everyone before they leave. Really Patti, what kind thing you are doing for that woman and Yorkie. Elaine
This is great! I didn't know pets could go into the nursing home (except therapy pets)

I went to dinner and had to come back and look at the pictures again.
I love #2 in the second post. They look like they are gazing into each others souls. I wonder what is going through Nikki's mind? and if he understands she is not well enough to take care of him. I bet he does, cause they seem to understand everything.

My mom and dad took in a younger rat terrier. A woman boarded him at the vets office where my niece works while she went to the hospital. She ended up going straight to the nursing home and never getting "Sonny" out of the vet clinic. A few months after, my mom went to the nursing home to visit the woman, and tell her not to worry about Sonny, and that he was fine. The poor woman said to my mom "I used to have a dog named Sonny" Bless her heart, she did not understand that my mom was taking care of her Sonny.
