It was an hour and half drive each way and he was so good the whole time. He seemed happy to see Carol and sat in her lap the whole time. It was sad to have to take him away but we will go see her more often now that I found my way out there and sadly, no longer have my Dad to take care of. I took a lot of pictures and will make an album and frame a couple for Carol as she doesn't even have one picture on her side of the room. I couldn't decide which to post so I posted alot.!!!

OMG! You've done such a good thing! Nikki looks absolutely beautiful, all shiny and handsome. (what did you bathe him with???) And Carol looks like she's doing well. Seeing them kissing on each other is so sweet, just melted my heart!

Pets can really help in the healing process, physical and mental.
Thanks. Seeing my Dad in a nursing home for just the few weeks was so hard and I can't imagine having to go to one forever and leave your baby behind. I used the Pet Silk shampoo and conditioner on him. He has a gorgeous coat. Carol is doing better than the last time I saw her and is able to use her left hand some. She cannot walk and they don't think she will again. So sad.
