As others have said quite a few YT members make custom harnesses. I have a little girl under 3lbs. full grown and I bought her harness from Cozzycritters. I inserted the link below. I love their cozy car harnesses. I have actually bought for all my Yorkies. I'm not sure about pricing but they seemed within the going rate. Elaine
