Question BIG MOVE!! moving accross the country with my yorkie!! Advice?

Good morning everyone

Ok so here is the scoop I am moving accross the country at the end of June. Last time we drove it tooks us 3 and half days(this was quicly eating and only stopping to sleep 2 times for short time). This time we are moving back and we are hoping it won't take us any longer to drive then last time.
my #1 issue is Bailey does NOT do well in the car. I bought her a car seat for her to be able to look outside and we go for car drives a few times a week to get her use to it and she is doing way better. no more car sickness but I am sure driving ALL day long could bring that back.
my #2 issue is I have no ac in my car. I will buy a portable fan for her and I have already bought the tinted sticker screen that you put on your car window when you have a baby... well this is my baby anymore suggestion?
my #3 issue is feeding time?? should I pack up some wet food to make sure she eats because I know she will not eat dry kibble in the car??
my #4 issue is since we are driving all day and we will stop at night to get some sleep will she even want to sleep from already sleeping ALL day in the car?? How am I going to get my rest?? lol

Should I purchase some rescue remedy for this trip?? will this help to calm her down and no car sickness??

We are trying to move from point A to point B as fast as possible because this drive is going to be hot and exhausting for all of us. and if we take our time to move it is going to take 5-7 days... that is to much, to long!

any advise I would need would be apreciated... I want to be very well prepared for her sake!!

Thanks
