I live in Seattle so as you could imagine My Jasmine has a need for a warm rain coat as well. I custom make them. I don't have any pictures right now though. I have pink, red, and yellow raincoat material. I line them with fleese, because my dog is a wimp when it comes to cold wet weather...as many of you might be able to relate.
