Lucy's not a big walker either. She doesn't mind her harness - but if I try to walk her down the street - she only wants to go a few houses down - then right back home.
Now if Ringo (our Westie) is with us; she will keep up with him for however long he walks. He loooves to walk. I note that Lucy walks much faster on the way home - like a horse back to the barn!
I wonder why she doesn't like it. We try to take them to different trails - see different people and smell different smells . . but she is just not that into it for some reason. I really think she would rather be home in her house and big yard than out in the world. She hates to go to Pet Supplies Plus too - which our other dog loves as well.
