Yep, another huge Survivor fan here. I've been watching it from day one. Even through some of the seasons that weren't as good, I stuck it out because it's kind of a family tradition. Now that I'm married, I've dragged my husband into it too!

Russell is a controversial subject with my family though. My brother and I really like him and want him to win (even though I'm sure if I knew him in real life I wouldn't be able to stand him). He's definitely entertaining to say the least and I really think he deserved to win last season much more than Natalie did. But my parents don't care for him at all. And yeah...talk about a bonehead move on JT & the Heroes part! My husband said that it's the typical hero move though, so it played into the over all "theme" well. Also, it gets the target off JT's back, though I'm not sure he was thinking that way. The week before, Amanda was talking about possibly getting rid of him to flush the idol. So who knows...maybe he really saved his own skin.
