I would probably not be so anxious if the vet service in my area didn't suck so bad, I have so little confidence in them, but they are the only vet around ( for people living in larger areas this maybe hard to comprehend ) Any advice on what I should do? I called the vet and she wasn't in so the receptionist said I would get a call by Tuesday. I'm blown away by the cost too, over 300$ just for anesthesia and 25$ per tooth. I need pet insurance! Either way, if it needs to be done I will have to get it done, I'm just a wreck thinking about something terrible happening to Bailey.
Darlene, did he have any problems during surgery when he was neutered? Is the same doctor still there that did his neuter?

I understand how worried you are - I would be, too. The baby teeth do need to come out at some point. I'm just wondering if he had problems before, and if it's possible you might get a different doctor that you like better. Do you have any confidence in the current doctor?
