The little stray I found had an ear infection. A really bad one. The ear drops were not at all hard to put in. I am sure you will be fine. I was nervouse too, because my other dog is a big mutt and this guy is so tiny. It worked out and was not hard. He is feeling so much better now that his personality is coming through.
