Just give her some time everything will work out fine. And I think she will love your other dog as she is playing now with him, just keep an eye on them both.
Her ears may stay floppy mine did. My other has 1 up and 1 down
But you can try having them trimmed can't hurt. When you have time I would love to see a photo of her.
