There is a difference between abortion and spay. The spay removed the uterus and they will most likely not even be able to tell if she was pregnant. Now that you are saying she is only 4 lbs and 8 months it is even more dangerous that she might be pregnant. Personally, I wouldn't wait until Monday to have her seen by the vet but instead call and insist on a earlier appointment.
