I get the opposite - people think my little Rio is a boy. I think it's because her name ends in an "o" which is typical for boy names. I then have to explain how she's named after the Duran Duran song where it goes "Her name is Rio and she dances on the sand..."
We're getting a boy in about 6 weeks and his name will be Bullet, so no confusion there. Although I want to put his hair in a bow like Bailey, so he still might have an identity crisis...
