Your friend is wrong. That's weird tales. Nobody looks down on pets. Maybe it's the way someone treated a pet?
It's not a good to walk a toy on a lead around a show site. Nor is it allowed or a place to play. It's a busy place where you'll most likely walk and stand most of the time. Try to picture how this fits in with your dog. If you have a sherpa celltei or a crate that is best.
If you aren't used to taking your dog places I wouldn't take them. It would make you uncomfortable having to worry about them being happy. It's your life and your happiness. Few if any fanciers will care. An akc rep will probably feel different. |
