Agree with capt noone. After all the shots + a couple weeks longer. In the meantime practice with him in the house to get used to harness & leash. They don't typically like them at first and need some time to get used to them. Put them on for awhile, let him drag the leash around on his own. Take them off for awhile then back on. Do this everyday, & he'll be more ready for the outside when the time comes.
