These bullys come from South America (Argentina, Brazil) from cattle that are free range--which means, they graze freely on green grass. They are not given hormones or steroids or feed. People ask why not America cattle, and the answer is it is very expensive. (they can't keep enough in stock) Most America cattle is forced to grow at a faster pace, so they are given growth hormones and are fed in feeding lots. So, it is close to impossible for all of us to buy American made bully's. Especially, affordable ones.
It is more important (for me) to know I am buying from a safe country that does the process correctly and that is what I have found.
The deer antlers, lamb and pig ears that they sell are all US based. (I have not ordered these products yet) |
This is probably one of the few times when it is safer to buy foreign (South American) products rather than US products. I was just reading yesterday about the safety of American produced beef and how it was rejected in Mexico because of the antibiotic content.
I'll be ordering some of your new bully sticks, can't wait.
