Cry Flipper feet 2 days old 2-1/2 ounces Need advice

Litter born 4-13-10 (I own male and female-both had very clean lines with championships for quality breeding) This was her first litter (she is 3 yr. old). Last of 4 born is a 2-1/2 ounce male with not only an open fontanel but also front flipper feet. What advice to help turn his feet. He is able to lay on his side so I do not believe it is swimmer legs. I am bottle feeding him as he has been so weak he could not nurse. He had respiratory distress at birth (which was actually seen by the vet and a shot administered to assist breathing) He has had one further bout with distress but is now breathing normally. He did have the dome head at birth but fluid has dissipated and his head now has normal appearance though there is a soft spot about 1/4 Inch. I have no intention of selling this little man. I have sat with him 24-7 for the last 2 days and he is mine, mine, mine. Need suggestions to help, need advice.
