Just got the results of the stone analysis back from the lab and I am worried. It turns out they were 60% ammonium urate and 40 % struvite. Strange thing is...they showed up on xrays. They were a complete combination and did not have one as a core and one as a shell. The vet did not appear to think she has liver shunt, I guess because she is a decent size, she is almost 4 and she is asymptomatic. She is on Royal Canin SO now for life. He said we will just watch it. I don't know...I am very nervous because I know with the info. on here... it sounds like it is liver related? Do I press the vet for tests or let it go and see how she does on the new food? Thanks in advance for any insight.
