Two weeks is a bit young. But, with a litter of 5 she may be being rung ragged. Is she getting a minimum of 4 or 5 meals a day, making sure that she is getting plenty of calcium. With a litter of 5 eclampsia is always a danger to mom, so supplementing them may be needed. But, supplementing with Goats Milk and equal parts of distilled water. Remember that a mother's milk only lets down every 2 hours and even though it appears that she is not nursing them she is. Weigh them daily just to keep track that they are gaining. You've stated your puppies are fat and standing now...I don't think you need to worry too much about them. My concern would be with mom at this point.
