I use vinegar quite often but I was needing something I could put in my steam cleaner and just go to town on
. I actually saturated my couch in Vinegar when she had an accident on it but I think some of the smell was left there because I am starting to smell it again and I know she didnt pee again. I put Vinegar in a spray bottle and hand scrub the area rug and the couch once a week because it makes my couch look pretty
(I have a light tan microfiber sectional so every tiny spot shows). I love vinegar but I need something this time to cover all the rugs (and not smell like I am dying easter eggs lol).
I think I am going to try the urine recipe that I read about in those links.....it seems to work well. I am going to try when I get home from work. Being a mommy I keep lots of peroxide on hand and I have a big box of baking soda.
