i'm not sure what you mean by you have no info on it? did you just happen to find it? did someone give it to you and not know the age?
even shelters give an estimated age (although usually wrong).

i got my pup from a shelter and was told she was 10.5 weeks old. i thought she looked big for that age, but whatever. i took her to the vet and the vet looked at her teeth and told me she was 4 months old.

so, the educated answer would be, "by looking at the teeth."

but MY answer would be, "take it to the vet!" because if you don't know the age, it obviously hasn't been.
