I've heard that dawn and dusk are the times the birds of prey are out looking for food. Where I live...Owls take small dogs too. Somebody at my dog park told me about a friend of theirs who had their little terrier snatched up by an Owl right in front of them while on a walk. This scares me the most, because Dusk is our walk time and they need to run around really fast to get tired out. I must look like a crazy person walking and looking up the whole time my dogs are out running around. |
