I just wanted to let everyone know that the advice from BRAVODARLING and YORKLVR helped!Using a vaporizer with vicks medicine in it is making Bisco's cough go away
!Once I started using it he started coughing up some phlem and he is coughing less and less everyday.I also started using a harness instead of a leash so his throat doesn't get any pressure on it.I am SO happy and thought that others who are having the same problem might give it a try......
