I would reccomend a tin can with coins, or a spray bottle. If she is distracted by loud noises or you just want to give it a try, give the tin can a shot. Just fill it up a bit with pennies or other coins and when she barks shake it. as soon as she stops praise her. If it scares her a lot, then its probably not the best tecqunie (sp?) for her. Then you could try the spray bottle. fill it up with water and whenever she gets aggressive spray her a little bit and say "No bark!" again when she stops, praise! good luck!!!
