If you really suspect this, then he should not be allowed to run, jump, play, etc. He needs to stay very still until you get him in for an xray. He will have to be treated like glass until it is ruled out. I'm sure some general DVMs do the xrays, but I'd have to be convinced that they know what they are doing and have done it before... It may be best to find a specialty hospital in the area. Hopefully they can rule AAI out and then find the problem. |
that is what i am trying to find out. if i can take him to the regular clinic (my regular vet is on vacation) or should i be looking for specialist who have done this before? i am very scared. davinici is sleeping in a crate now, but he's been in pain.
