She'll die in a garage - it's too hot and there is not enough air...that's my opinion anyway. They sound wreckless and it infuriates me. Good for you for reacting violently. Some people are just clueless.
Ask her if she would like to be locked up with no air...if you are not willing to clean up after a puppy then DO NOT GET ONE!
ask her this actually...if she had a baby (i pray she doesnt at this rate!) would she lock the baby in the garage all day, ALONE, because it messed itself? they are BABIES, animal or human it's the same issue and they deserve only the best love, care and attention. It's irresponsible, and I feel that if she does in fact do this you should call your local SPCA or Naimal Welfare and have the dog removed.
Im enraged for you...don't let this slide.
