I would be very careful about Maytag. The comany was sold several years ago and the quality of Maytags has gone down hill. I bought a top of the line stackable Maytag several years ago and it is a big time LEMON. And when you start looking be sure to find out who actually manufacturers the machine - get a model ## and come home and check out the reviews of the specific model you are considering.
