i figured by the responses you said she was giving that she was going to buy the puppy anyway -- from what you said, it seemed like she was already in love and was hoping we would justify it for her, but when we didn't do that, she did it anyway....
sometimes we have to watch the people we love make really bad decisions. we just have to be there for them where they are, not where we want them to be ... i just hope that this puppy is healthy and remains that way.
you're a good friend to her and it's obvious you care about her. i'm sorry you're so frustrated. i definitely think you should speak your mind, but maybe wait until you're not angry any more. and next time you know to let her do her own research!!
