I think an "Ok" breeder is not ok. I would say that looking for a good vs great breeder would be the same as looking for a pet, show, or breeding quality Yorkie. But of course the answer is not just that.
"Health... temperament... breeding to standard... to better the breed... ethical" are the things a good or great breeder has beside their name.
