I got a rabies tag from my vet (in San Francisco). But no, Thor doesn't wear any tags. I think about it sometimes, but he's so low to the ground, the tags would be hitting his knees. He is chipped; I feel that's enough protection here, since shelters are chip-savvy. One of my friends found a stray dog here once, and when he took him to the shelter, they were able to call his owners immediately based on the chip info.
