I remember someone posting in the past about sparklie vests that their pups wore when in the yard to deter the hawks. I think they had someone on YT make them special order but I am not sure who. Seems to be along the same idea as the blinking lights on the collars.

Fifty or so wind sockets very few feet blowing in the wind around the perimeter yard. Yorkies running and jumping about sparkling like Liberace. Colored lights hanging from the trees. All covered is a GIANT net! But the safest yorkies in the entire state of TEXAS
