Leg knots are the hardest to get out - When my Chanel was a baby - she got them too - I used Johnsons no more tangles (found in the baby section of most stores) on her after a bath - eventually I didn't need it - but I got that idea from a groomer and it worked wonders

when she changes coat and matures - maybe you'll find the tangles and knots aren't so bad but with thick hair they can be like the cotton of a Q Tip and very hard to pull apart - good luck !
