I was thinking the glands also..but something similar happened to Lily last week. When I looked back there, I saw some poop stuck to her bum hair and it was driving her crazy. I took her back to the groomer to get her bum shaved down a little shorter. (no charge of course, and they got us right in. I love my groomer) No problems since then.
