I am by no means an expert on this, but I kept taping my baby's ears off and on until she was 8 mos old. I noticed in your avatar that she has a lot of hair on the ears. If this is still the case, they need to be trimmed. A vet can do this for you and can also tape them. It takes weight off so they have a chance to perk up on their own. It's easy to learn how to tape them.

My baby's right ear stands up all the time now (she is 9 mos old) until she needs grooming. Afterwards, they stand up!
