We went from 2 to 3 then to 4. It's alot of work taking care of 4 pups ranging from 3 to 15 yrs old. The pups are healthy, Zipp has early kidney problems and cataracts but he is 15. I still work, rotating shifts and after JB the pups are next. I do enjoy taking care of them. They pay back many more times with their love, affection and trust. If you are unsure you may want to consider helping a rescue group by fostering a pup or two to see if you are able to manage taking care of two dogs and, if Trudy is ok with other dogs staying in her house.
