Gracie seems to be the same way. I am her right hand girl when I am there alone with her but as soon as my boyfriend comes home for lunch or comes home after getting off work she gives all her attention to him and I feel a little left out. I am the one who seems to do everything for her....which she is my dog so thats understandable but he does none of the punishing, brushing, bathing...he gets to do only the fun things like giving treats, taking her outside to play and then cuddle when its bedtime. I of course do all the fun things too but there is more associated with me. |
