I'm sorry she isn't doing well.
Hopefully with a few days of TLC, she will be back to where she was pre-spay.
However, I'd still be very concerned about her weight and such.
Just FYI, I'm very surprised that this drug was given. It is an NSAID, and unless your vet has ruled out liver issues for sure, it is not a good choice.
