Yes, this is exactly the situation with our Camden, except it's not quite that far down. It does protrude larger at certain times. She is having surgery tomorrow morning along with a dental cleaning.
Our Camden is 6lbs and we are very nervous as well, but I have a wonderful vet and that's important.
I will post tomorrow how it goes! I know it's important to get them fixed though!
