Yep, that's what means. I have two contracts one for pet and one for show. I would never place a dog with an open registration without a show contract, meaning the dog has to be Championed. Mentoring someone on how to breed is not what I'm about.
But, that by all means doesn't mean I won't help those when they ask for it.
