Maybe SHE does not see the amounts of homeless dogs we get because breeders are more concerned with what she calls the "right" of people to get dogs.

I didn't call it negative. Sour yes, because the OP took offense to the comments on the couple's age. You do have your right to share, and I do see validity in your points. If I were a breeder/foster mom, I would be concerned about placing a young puppy with a much older couple, like a 6 month old pup with a couple in their 70's. But I also think we (and this includes me) need to learn when we are coming on way to strong. I didn't mean for my post to offend anyone.
