If she's still like this tonight, I am taking the day of tomorrow an taking her back to the vet
get the calendula too as sounds like she was burned

can you send some pics on here as I can tell you what i think as have dealt with allergic reactions etc before --usually if it is allergic reaction they get hives so why i think it is more of a burn - is the benedryl helping ?
