If Mary Anne (the office lady) hadn't known who the owner was (the owner was one of her tenants), I would have been tempted to keep her with me! But...I figured if my dog ever got loose or something, I would sure want someone to track me down! However, I think dachshunds shed, not sure I want to deal with that. Also, not knowing anything about the dog...I kinda worried about how Chloe might react to a strange female. You just never know, really. However, I'll definitely be keeping an eye out for her just in case!
