there's GOT to be a better way to deal with this problem. i don't think the pets should be spay/neutered so early either. what if there is a mandatory scheduled spay/neuter appt. with the vet when the contract is signed, and that if the owner did not fulfill it, then the breeder gets the dog back at that time.
